Too bad one cannot give "ZERO" stars!! My spouse went to this Doc-In-The-Box location this past Sunday, as she was very I'll for 2&1/2 days. Upon being seen by the PA( physicians assistant), it was determined that she had Covid-19, and the ONLY thing the PA did for her was to write her a script for a cough medicine!! Forward to this Thursday: we called her MD, and upon hearing that this PA and her nurse did absolutely nothing, and as my wife was gravely I'll, her doctor ordered the Anti-Viral medication immediately!! He... read more

Here we are spending almost 2 hours at this facility for a strep test. No considerations for other symptoms just solely relying on strep test being negative. Didn't even take a temperature unless I requested . Did I mean ruin we were here for illness?

Garbage company. Big signs outside that say no waiting needed for a covid test, yet my reserved appointment that i pre-registered for and checked in online ahead of time was well over 45 minutes delayed. What is the point of a reservation if you can't keep a schedule! This place is trash.

So bad. They won't even give you a PCR test unless you fill out a bunch of forms, and they won't give you paper forms to fill out manually. They won't accept a picture of your insurance card, either. It must be mailed. If you don't have insurance, I guess you're hosed. They have a huge sign that says "Be Kind" to their staff, which is a red flag that their staff is gonna make you jump through 10,000 hoops before you can have a simple test. Health care in the U.S. is not about making people well, and this place is the poster ... read more

Absolutely nothing immediate about this location. Made a "reservation"/"appointment" at 10:30 or 11:00am, and I was told to show up at 1:40pm. I get there at 1:30, text here like it wants me to, wait in my car for an hour. Go in at 2:30pm and ask what the delay is, and they tell me 20ppl rolled. Well great, why not take 5 minutes, give a person a call and tell them your appt/reservation has been pushed back so I'm not sitting in my car for 2 hours. Because it took me going back in after another hour wait to get my vital... read more

Business response:

We are very sorry for your long wait, Bryan. We do try to get patients seen and treated as close to their allotted time as possible, but occasionally, the severity of a walk-in patient can push everything back. Thank you for your feedback. It helps us to find problems and to improve.

If I could give no stars, I would. I had a 5:10 appointment for covid test. I was told to wait in my car and wait for a phone call. Received the phone call at 5:10 and then I was told to wait for another phone call in order to go in for my test. I waited 59 minutes. I called to get an update no one picked up. I work in Healthcare, I understand things happen. However, an update or even an apology for the wait would have been greatly appreciated. I will NOT be coming back to this location. HORRIBLE experience all around.

You get a text at your appointment time stating if you aren't there you forfeit your appointment. Which sounds like they will see you soon, nope. Took 35 minutes to call and ask why I'm visiting. I mentioned one of my symptoms is a rare covid symptom. The receptionist condescendingly notified me not to believe everything on the internet. I mention it's possible I got it wrong or WebMD got it wrong but it probably shouldn't be dismissed. "Whatever you say sir" click. Get sat 25 minutes later. The physicians were nice, e... read more

Medical care is fine here, but be prepared to wait at least 30-45 minutes after your appointment time. They can't seem to work out the technology bugs. Twice in the last week we came here and our appointments mysteriously disappeared after we checked in. Looking forward to new medical options in this area that have been announced.

I went a few weeks ago and was extremely disappointed. They have a new parking lot rule in which you'll get a boot and pay $170. If you park outside the lines they'll charge you too. Completely unethical to take advantage of someone that is sick and coming to an urgent care for services or COVID care. Aside from the parking situation the service was not great. I preregistered online, had an appointment, yet had to wait longer. My appointment was at 2:00 pm and at 2:45 pm I called to ask how longer the wait would be. Yet ... read more
