I don't think in my life time have seen such a corrupt greedy twisted way of abusing people who want to park in urgent care medical parking lot and putting metal boots on the patients vehicles because they touched a yellow line of a parking spot. This location is a bit disorganized. The receptionist was not aware I pre-registered, so I almost had to wait longer to fill out the information again. She was also not aware of the prices and there was confusion about how much they were going to charge me for the services. I provided proof (receipt) of the cost for the exact same services from this location showing a lower cost and they still chose to charge me more. Their communication and process is non-existent. The staff is not polite and the exam room I was in was filthy. Very disappointing experience. Would highly suggest to not use this facility

Do not come here. They boot you and charge $170 for parking in their lot. These new rules are absurd. I've been coming here 30 years and never dealt with this. Me and and my family will never come here again. I do not recommend you come to this location, EVER. Oh and they charge $100 if you park outside the lines of the lot. I mean it is insane. Why not just have someone monitor the parking lot? No they ticket and boot you! As if coming here for medical and healthcare services or even covid testing isn't expensive enough. Di... read more

Horrible service. Knee injury, I called first to make sure my insurance was accepted and they said Yes. All the struggle to get there and when I arrived they told that they weren't accepting my insurance!!

I would not recommend this Urgent Care Center to anyone. On May 15, 2020, I witnessed people's health being put in jeopardy as they stood in line to what seemed as though to be tested for Covid-19. There were about 50 people in line outside the building, not standing 6' apart and many not wearing masks. There were patients and employees of the building who had to walk by and through this line to get into the building. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The bed side manner of the doctor that saw me was unreal. Told her I was just there in January and was sick again. She then asks me when I was there. I was sitting next to the computer in the exam room and asked her why she didn't just look at my medical history on the computer. Her response to me was that she didn't have the computer turned on and my attitude was going to make treatment difficult. I had blood work which nobody ever called to give me the results. I usually come to this location in lieu of the ER. I love upgrade of the parking lot. They've added a new garden, cute fences around the garden, and repainted the lot. Immediate care also added a new method of checking in, which involves a tablet and it gives you the option to receive a text 15min before getting you name called in case you may step out facility. Yeah before you sign-up ask if you will be seeing an ACTUAL DR. because there are little to no doctors at these "Physicians Immediate Care" chains just PA's playing doctor and I'd bet 98% of the reviewers good or bad who reference that they saw a DR dont even realize that they didnt see a doctor. Its Pretty dishonest and shady if you ask me. Also the PA's that a have encountered there are dangerously lacing in abilities and complete and utter hacks.
