I would not recommend this Urgent Care Center to anyone. On May 15, 2020, I witnessed people's health being put in jeopardy as they stood in line to what seemed as though to be tested for Covid-19. There were about 50 people in line outside the building, not standing 6' apart and many not wearing masks. There were patients and employees of the building who had to walk by and through this line to get into the building. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The bed side manner of the doctor that saw me was unreal. Told her I was just there in January and was sick again. She then asks me when I was there. I was sitting next to the computer in the exam room and asked her why she didn't just look at my medical history on the computer. Her response to me was that she didn't have the computer turned on and my attitude was going to make treatment difficult. I had blood work which nobody ever called to give me the results. I usually come to this location in lieu of the ER. I love upgrade of the parking lot. They've added a new garden, cute fences around the garden, and repainted the lot. Immediate care also added a new method of checking in, which involves a tablet and it gives you the option to receive a text 15min before getting you name called in case you may step out facility. Yeah before you sign-up ask if you will be seeing an ACTUAL DR. because there are little to no doctors at these "Physicians Immediate Care" chains just PA's playing doctor and I'd bet 98% of the reviewers good or bad who reference that they saw a DR dont even realize that they didnt see a doctor. Its Pretty dishonest and shady if you ask me. Also the PA's that a have encountered there are dangerously lacing in abilities and complete and utter hacks.

I love how the physicians assistants pretend to be doctors. The whole company uses physician assistants, no doctors at any of the clinics. Stay away..

The PA that I saw had really crappy bedside manner. Taller blonde woman with short hair, can't remember her name. I went in because I've had respiratory symptoms for over a month (congestion, cough, sore throat, green snot, pain in my teeth and jaws from my sinuses, etc.). I told her my symptoms when she asked, and when I listed green snot, she snapped, "Color of mucus doesn't matter." I have come here for years and never had a problem. My last visit was absurd however. Brought my son in for a rash. I thought it was chicken pox. It was 20 minutes until close, and I get that they want to go home. As soon as we walk I'm I ask the woman at the desk if the take the Care Credit Card. She says if it had a Visa or Mastercard logo, or one of those big names they do. Okay cool. So now I have made sure I can afford this visit. My regular physician was not in the office today so I decided to stop by here for a bad cough and possible strep. As soon as you walk in theres a sign on the fron desk to sign in using a tablet. So I did. I saw my name on the prompter, which said there would be a wait of about 10-30 min. Perfectly fine as I'm a walk in patient. Other people come in are being seen and leave yet I'm still waiting. Don't go to this place. They are unprofessional, rude and I not sure they even know what they are doing. I saw the doctor who told me I needed an ultra sound. She called the hospital to get the cost for me. When I got to the hospital it was $200 more that what she told me because she quoted me the wrong procedure. I then called her she said she was sorry she was wrong. I asked why she didn't call me to tell me of her mistake and she just saud Im sorry. After 2 days I called for my results.
