I have been here for illness, broken bones, cut finger and yes covid testing. I always leave feeling like I got helped, which I have not felt when I have visited other doctors. I also feel like I get great care from kind and respectful doctors and aids, very patient and reassuring with me when I got emotional my last visit there. This place has been a god send for me and I can actually afford the care there at times when I did not have insurance and of course now that I do. Developed a few symptoms and found their website online. Made a Covid test appointment on their website the minute they were available at midnight the night/morning before. Check-in process was a breeze / all done on my phone. Appointment was for curbside service and I stayed in my car while they did my vitals / did my Covid test. 20 minutes later I had my Covid results. Would highly recommend, the process was flawless. They had me in and out in about 30 minutes, with prescription in hand. Everyone was friendly and professional, including Dr. Hughes. They don't take my insurance, but it was still pretty reasonable out of pocket - $165. This was my second visit, and I would definitely return.
I have been to this location 3-4 times over the past two years, and each time I have been highly impressed with the staff and how I was treated as a patient. This morning I went back for an issue I've had in the past that other doctors have failed to treat appropriately. The provider I saw today took the time to listen to me explain my history and current symptoms, then she proceeded to prescribe exactly what medicine was needed and sent me in my way. I cut my fingers very badly as I opened a set of knives. I called Physician's Immediate to make sure they could provide this type of service. My cut was to the tendon and I was very nervous. They let me right in (ahead of others in the waiting room) and the PA did an amazing job providing stitches (24 in total). I couldn't have asked for better care!
I was able to make my appointment online, so I was actually seen before a man who was just a walk-in appointment. I went in Monday at 4:45pm and was out in less than an hour. I had a follow up today & the wait in the room was a little long, but nothing compared to an emergency room waiting room. Both doctors that helped me were very professional & polite. I would definitely go back.
Was really impressed with my experience. I'm unemployed and don't have insurance right now so I'm really price conscious. I called to a number of places to get pricing and most places had trouble giving me a quote. The receptionist at Physicians was transparent and answered all my questions about what was included and what was not and how much everything would cost. I never used urgent care a s an option, it was either wait days for an appt. with my PCP or the ER. A coworker mentioned that I should try urgent care, since I gad an urgent issue but not a emergency life threatening issue. Best choice ever!!! Fast, friendly, and Dr. Hughes is exceptional, professional, great service!!! I hope I won't need to anytime soon, but if I'm in need of urgent care this will definitely be my first choice.
Waited for 1.5 hours to be seen, but once I was in the office I had a great experience! Dr. Samantha is great and helped me with the issue I had.
