I never used urgent care a s an option, it was either wait days for an appt. with my PCP or the ER. A coworker mentioned that I should try urgent care, since I gad an urgent issue but not a emergency life threatening issue. Best choice ever!!! Fast, friendly, and Dr. Hughes is exceptional, professional, great service!!! I hope I won't need to anytime soon, but if I'm in need of urgent care this will definitely be my first choice.
Waited for 1.5 hours to be seen, but once I was in the office I had a great experience! Dr. Samantha is great and helped me with the issue I had.
Had a relapsing cold and decided that I needed to do something that night. Called this place and made an appointment 30 minutes later. When I walked in, I was greeted professionally and handed few papers to fill since it was my first visit. Few minutes later, I met with the doctor on staff "Samantha", had an x-ray taken within minutes and within 30m in total, I had a prescription in hand to deal with my pneumonia. I'm glad to have read the reviews, this was a quick in and out visit. Dr Hughes is in fact great, straight to the point, he heard about my recurrent ear problems, checked and sent me home with antibiotics and a referral.
I have been here a few times and always have been treated professionally and kindly. Both times I was talked to about my injury and given opportunities to ask questions. This is my go to place for an immediate issue.
I was very pleased with the care I received when I went to this clinic. Everyone was kind, thoughtful and helpful. Dr. Hughes was great and actually presented his thoughts, the options, and then asked me what I wanted to do. I felt respected and that he had listened to all I had to say. Would definitely go back.
I could not have had a better visit, and I wish Dr. Rojas could be my primary care provider! The young woman at check-in, the nurse and the doctor were all completely wonderful. Everyone was efficient and warm, I didn't feel like I was in a patient factory but that I was an actual person. I never felt rushed and everything was thoroughly explained to me. Highly recommended!
I have now been here once for my son and once for myself. Everyone I have interacted with is knowledgeable and kind. I will go back if needed.
The PA we worked with had the most wonderful bedside manner. My husband and I asked a ton of questions that I'm sure she's heard a million times, but we never felt rushed. She also listened very carefully to me when I was describing symptoms and made me feel very heard. I'm still getting over this sickness (flu, we think), but I'm so thankful that I went to see her and know I'll feel better soon! Will definitely return again for future urgent care needs.
