I've been to St Francis on many occasions and only had one bad experience. I've been there for PT for two shoulders, a knee and my back. PT at St Francis is Awesome!!! I've been there 3 times for the ER. Twice my experience with the Dr's has been efficient and diagnosed well. Sadly, there was one time in the ER where I was diagnosed by a NA and it was wrong and I was prescribed a medication in the Mycin genre. The front desk staff was polite and got me checked in quickly, and the facility felt clean and organized. The medical team was professional, listened to my concerns, and explained everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable and informed.

Everyone is so kind and caring. I noticed it's improved alot even, since I was there almost 4 years ago. Receptionist is kind, the new mgr, assistant mgr. Dr Brian so kind and caring. Very thorough. I appreciate yall

I've been here twice. Both experiences were positive. Once to change a bandage dressing on my neck after surgery. It was on the weekend when the nurse didn't come to my home. The second for some regular routine blood work. It's close by and they accepted my insurance. I'm so glad there are places like this around it's often enough.

I would much rather come here than go to a hospital ED. But as I arrived Monday afternoon, I certainly wasn't impressed with the receptionist. If you don't like your job, then get a different one. It was so obvious that she is bored with her tasks and having to repeat the same phrases over and over again as her day goes on. Her attitude was a major turn off. The receptionist this past Saturday and today was so so kind!! I hope she see's this and knows her lighthearted banter made a rough morning a delight. Both physicians assistants as well as nurses that took my vitals were both great. I also appreciated the first one started with a low dose of stuff and told me to come back Monday if it didn't improve. This time I also made an appointment so it was a much faster wait. I've been here 3 times. Once for stitches, once for a broken finger and once to have a covid test for my 9 year old. It's been quick and efficient. I don't have insurance and paid out of pocket and thought it was super affordable compared to insurance. Would definitely return
