I've been here twice. Both experiences were positive. Once to change a bandage dressing on my neck after surgery. It was on the weekend when the nurse didn't come to my home. The second for some regular routine blood work. It's close by and they accepted my insurance. I'm so glad there are places like this around it's often enough.
Excellent quality care, provided by physicians not nurse NP. Short wait period. Xray department, and able to provide pulmonary care
I would much rather come here than go to a hospital ED. But as I arrived Monday afternoon, I certainly wasn't impressed with the receptionist. If you don't like your job, then get a different one. It was so obvious that she is bored with her tasks and having to repeat the same phrases over and over again as her day goes on. Her attitude was a major turn off. The receptionist this past Saturday and today was so so kind!! I hope she see's this and knows her lighthearted banter made a rough morning a delight. Both physicians assistants as well as nurses that took my vitals were both great. I also appreciated the first one started with a low dose of stuff and told me to come back Monday if it didn't improve. This time I also made an appointment so it was a much faster wait. I've been here 3 times. Once for stitches, once for a broken finger and once to have a covid test for my 9 year old. It's been quick and efficient. I don't have insurance and paid out of pocket and thought it was super affordable compared to insurance. Would definitely return
Had to get a quick PCR. Results back in 15 minutes. Great staff and super easy from booking to results. I wish I would have known about this place months ago. It was also covered by insurance. My last test was over $200 out of pocket.
The doctor and nurse were so nice and very efficient. I was in for a Covid test and have flu like symptoms, the doctor treated me so kindly and really made sure I was okay before they let me leave.
