Great experience. I had a routine issue that I have had several times in my life, and I knew I just needed a bout of antibiotics to clear it-but it was Sunday and I knew I wouldn't be able to get in to see my regular doc until at least weds or thurs. I remembered they just opened this immediate care nearby- so I went there and was seen quickly-Dr. Pilch was personable and understanding and I was out of there with my prescription waiting for me at CVS across the street. I have been there twice since July, both visits were handled efficiently, with great care and concern. I too had great experiences with Rachel, Marisol and Dr Pilch. I was also treated by a Dr. Steven, cannot recall his last name. He was great. We have relocated from the burbs and it is beyond helpful to have this business nearby, saving us an hour plus trip for immediate care.

What another great addition to my neighborhood! I had a gash in the back of my head from a fall and went there to have it checked out. I was in there less than an hour, the staff was professional and friendly, Alex was great, and the PA and the trainee were exceptionally helpful and informative. I had to have 2 staples and a tetanus shot, so the time was quite impressive. I am sure if I went to the emergency room I would have been there for hours. Thank you Physicians Immediate Care & welcome to the neighborhood!

This place is great! I came in for treatment for a laceration to my ankle from a bike wreck and could not be more impressed. I was greeted warmly by a lovely receptionist named Rachel. She immediately brought me back to the room where I eventually received treatment and she was then even was gracious enough to offer me a glass of cold refreshing water while I was being treated. Took my ill child there this week and fairly satisfied with our experience. The facility is of course brand new and spotless. Wait time was reasonable and the young man who obtained my child's vitals was exceptionally personable and professional. A few criticisms 1) Our "provider" was not wearing any kind of name tag and did introduce them self. As the location has "physicians" in the title, I assumed we would be treated by a physician. The front desk staff were considerate and helpful and got me scheduled for a later walk-in appointment. The wedding area is clean and tidy, and there was a staff person disinfecting common areas which I appreciated. The rest of my experience, unfortunately was not as great. I was being seen for a urinary tract infection and they collected a sample to send off for culture to make sure I was taking the right antibiotic. I have been to this location three times and they have been pretty good with solving my health issues. The last time I was here, however, I started receiving a cryptic phishing email and text message. The messages was sent the day after my visit and it came from SmartContact@s-er.co and the subject heading was "It's Endeavor Health Checking In" making it sound legit since I had just been to the clinic the day before. It gets worse! On Nov. 25, I received an e-mail message from the address no-reply@revspringinc.com, under the name "Wellnow Urgent Care Communications." This message said, "You have scheduled a payment for $111.00 on 11/30/2025. Please login [sic] to your account below for additional information." It bore all the hallmarks of an e-mail phishing attack. I hadn't scheduled any such payment, nor did the e-mail include an account number.
