The PA we worked with had the most wonderful bedside manner. My husband and I asked a ton of questions that I'm sure she's heard a million times, but we never felt rushed. She also listened very carefully to me when I was describing symptoms and made me feel very heard. I'm still getting over this sickness (flu, we think), but I'm so thankful that I went to see her and know I'll feel better soon! Will definitely return again for future urgent care needs.

Have had a wonderful experience with the clinic. Badly sprained my ankle and came in to get xrays - they found a small break. Have had regular follow-ups, great support and wonderful bedside manner. Dr. Sam has been terrific, and I've been able to schedule online when she's there, so have had continuity of care. All the technicians have been cheerful and kind, good care for the x-rays, and they provided me my xrays on disc when I asked.
Third visit here, this time with a first-grader who had a bad fever and cough. We made an appointment online and were seen promptly. I was impressed with Dr. Hughes's bedside manner with my son and the time he took to talk with me and my husband, answer our questions, and share details about the medication he prescribed. Very grateful he did a flu swab because my son turned out to have influenza. Once again, we're glad to have this place in the neighborhood!
I was in bad shape, digestively speaking, after returning from a trip to Mexico. Came here first thing in the morning (after booking online the night before) and saw Dr. Singh. He was great! I think he usually practices at a different branch though. He gave me a prescription for a Cipro pack. I also picked up some Pediolyte, and I was good as new!
Had a potential toe infection. Went online and made appointment that was 1:15 from the time. Went to facility and greeted by receptionist. Filled out paperwork. Medical assistant did vitals. Doctor looked at toe. Prescribed antibiotics. Explained treatment plan. Total time there 40 minutes. Good service. Staff was friendly.
I went in yesterday after nearly slicing part of my finger off. Filled out my form and was seen within 10 minutes. They quickly cleaned my finger, and the doctor (Dr. Roach - i'm probably spelling it wrong) came in about 5 minutes later. I can't tell you how friendly she was. We talked about all sorts of random stuff which really made me less nervous as she gave me 9 stitches in my finger. I went in without high expectations and left feeling grateful I have such a nice location with friendly people nearby. Thank you!!!!
Very happy with my experience. This is coming from someone who despises the doctor's office (and, to be honest, doctors in general) and avoids doctor visits if possible. However this time I could not ignore the symptoms, and since I am new to town and don't yet have a new PCP, I went here. This rating is for Kelly who helped with my previous visit. She was quick to respond and had this matter taken care of. I appreciate her help and it reflects good customer service. I still stand by my previous rating but for the DOCTOR not the clinic as a whole. Thank you for fixing that fiasco and now that I have been a recipient of good customer service on a corporate level, I am more likely to visit this location for other minor medical emergency. (Probably never stitches again)

I was feeling terrible, other than the waiting room seemed too bright the care was very good. I waited less than 45 minutes on a Friday morning. The nurse tech and the PA were professional and helpful. I'm away from home and my regular doctor and I believe I was taken very good care of.
