great location, well lit, friendly, quiet and very thorough care. The follow up for my son's extremely swollen face was timely. The prescriptions were called in promptly for immediate use. Bonus! free parking and we were in the exam room within ten minutes. Love that! will be back

I made a next day appointment online for a knee injury. The staff was friendly, efficient, and competent. My only complaint is that, despite arriving early for my appointment, I was placed in queue with the other 4 patients and wasn't seen for over half hour after my arrival. Still, it's less time than either my dr. or the ER is likely to take.

I'm very glad this place is here, AND open on a Sunday. The clinic itself is bright, clean and efficient. The desk staff is friendly. I had a painful sore throat, was worried it was strep. Also, cough. But my throat, ow! I read some of the other comments on here about Dr. Hugh. So, I was curious going in. The assistant that took my symptoms/concerns was patient and thorough. I was having a post-hospitalization visit this weekend. The front staff and medical asst were very helpful. I can't say that extended to the doctor unfortunately. I was experiencing ear and sinus issues which were temporarily cleared a bit but the doctor was not terribly empathic and did not listen to my issues and I was very put off by his demeanor!

This is how healthcare should be. Registration was quick and easy. Minimum time waiting. The staff was attentive, all my questions answered and the physician considered my preferences when it turned out I needed a prescription. This experience was so much better than my usual experience of trying to get in to see my PCP.

Just returned from my first immediate care visit ever, anywhere. I was in and out in 1/2 hour from registration to discharge for an infection. The facilities are attractive and the staff were wonderful. They sent in the prescription which was ready when I arrived at the pharmacy. I can't believe I waited this long hoping to just get over it. I will definitely return when I'm unable to see my regular doctors.

I was amazed by how quick the whole experience felt, the short length of time I had to wait in the room for the doctor or nurse, and the cordiality and efficiency of the nurse at checkin. I was feeling pretty rotten when I came in, and just the experience of being there noticeably lifted my mood.

They take ambetter insurance! A staff is friendly, efficient, and fast like their name! I forgot my vaccine record on the front desk and a guy named Robert sent me to my email address right away. I really appreciated that.

The staff were all very kind and very quick to respond to my worsening health condition. The receptionists immediately made sure to ask the physician if they had the resources available to properly treat me. The physician quickly came to the front before I had even checked in to see what treatments I regularly do concerning my condition. I greatly appreciated this, as I've gone to other clinics in the past, had them check me in and made me wait to see a healthcare provider, only for them to tell me I'd have to go elsewhere o... read more
