DO NOT GO HERE! This place deserves NO STARS at all. They should, in fact, be closed down due to ineptitude. I went there because I had been kept from sleep for an entire 10 days and 10 nights. I felt as though I was dying. There was no doctor there (there rarely is) and I saw a PA named Rachael. I tried to schedule an appt online so that I could remove any uncertainty of not being able to be seen as I was feeling very unwell. I was not able to do that online as it said they weren't taking anymore appts for the day. Confusing to offer scheduling online but then seems the scheduling online function doesn't actually work. Be careful here. I just spoke to the head physician after a faulty diagnosis who kept speaking over me, gaslit me and at one point when I suggested his ego was showing literally said: "Your right. It is about my ego. i don't care about my patients." The qualification of the doctor was so low - she could not give me any answer, except to send to more qualified colleagues. The appointment with the doctor was very short - no more than 2 minutes. She examined my problem and could not say anything. She didn't even try to be helpful. And that was it. After an hour and a half of waiting. It was just a primitive money-squeezing and outright sabotage. I think this doctor should be fired. I think that my money should be returned.
The worst. Even if you make an appointment the wait time is beyond. When I asked if it would be a while the woman at the desk said no not at all. Then 30 mins later she finally admitted people have been waiting for 70 min even with an appointment. She lied and said there must be an emergency. I popped my head back and literally no one was even moving. They were sitting and laughing with each other. Horrible.
I've been here multiple times for a reoccurring health issue. Each time, they prescribe an antibiotic and a pain med. this time, the doctor refused to give me pain meds saying I should go see my primary care doctor (even though every other time the other docs gave them to me). The pain is so bad, I'm now in the ER. I will NEVER return here again. I don't recommend you do either. Waste of money and time.
It's been 2 hours and I'm still here waiting I'm thinking on cancelling my appt. . Don't go to this place. I won't come back.
This place's probably one of the most disorganized that I have ever been; I came in for a COVID TEST around 8:00 am, and right now, it's 10:52 am, and I am STILL HERE. The receptionist told me that MAYBE there are two people in front of me and everybody that it was here when I arrived already left unfortunately I need this test for my employer and I can't go. The staff doesn't seem to care much, and they didn't even know when I will be seeing. #wasteoftime
