Was in and out in less than 40 minutes! They ran the appropriate test quickly and prescribed medication. They still sent sample to lab to get tested, just in case it's anything other than expected. They were all great and super friendly! Refreshing when you're going in for pain/symptoms or not feeling well.
NP was fantastic, spent time helped my situation was very thorough and kind. I wish I could see her as a regular patient. That's when u know you get quality care. Thank you!
This place has always treated me so well. The staff are so kind and accommodating! They never make me feel embarrassed about what I might need to be treated for, and they take care of what I need help with in good time.
the new lenox location is great. went in for simple rash I wanted to get looked at. nothing serious. doctor was great and he personally followed up with me a few days later. I dont get that type of service from my primary care physician.
Made appt easily online. Filled out some forms and was seen shortly after. Nurse was thorough and kind. Saw Dr Dudas ( could have misspelled his name) He was very thorough and I never felt rushed. He got me into another dr's office (eye) same day. Ordered meds and I did easy follow-up visit with him a few days later. I called to set up the appointment specifically with him. Very pleased with my care.
I have been here twice since I've been having trouble contacting my primary care physician. I saw a different doctor each time I was there, a Nurse Practitioner named Amy Kosnar-Parker and Physicians Assistant Michael Pendergast. (Maybe they have a rotating staff?) Both were excellent and prescribed me medication that took care of my problems. I spent about an hour here each time, most of which involved filling out paperwork for the initial check-in. This place is very convenient; I would definitely come here again.

My daughter got yet in a softball game and needed stitches in her finger. We had never been to this location but the staff was excellent. We received great care and they helped my daughter feel calm and cared for the entire time. Would definitely recommend!
The staff and professionals here are excellent. I have had such great service and satisfaction here. We are so lucky to have an excellent facility like this so close to home!
