This place has always treated me so well. The staff are so kind and accommodating! They never make me feel embarrassed about what I might need to be treated for, and they take care of what I need help with in good time.
the new lenox location is great. went in for simple rash I wanted to get looked at. nothing serious. doctor was great and he personally followed up with me a few days later. I dont get that type of service from my primary care physician.
Made appt easily online. Filled out some forms and was seen shortly after. Nurse was thorough and kind. Saw Dr Dudas ( could have misspelled his name) He was very thorough and I never felt rushed. He got me into another dr's office (eye) same day. Ordered meds and I did easy follow-up visit with him a few days later. I called to set up the appointment specifically with him. Very pleased with my care.
I have been here twice since I've been having trouble contacting my primary care physician. I saw a different doctor each time I was there, a Nurse Practitioner named Amy Kosnar-Parker and Physicians Assistant Michael Pendergast. (Maybe they have a rotating staff?) Both were excellent and prescribed me medication that took care of my problems. I spent about an hour here each time, most of which involved filling out paperwork for the initial check-in. This place is very convenient; I would definitely come here again.

My daughter got yet in a softball game and needed stitches in her finger. We had never been to this location but the staff was excellent. We received great care and they helped my daughter feel calm and cared for the entire time. Would definitely recommend!
The staff and professionals here are excellent. I have had such great service and satisfaction here. We are so lucky to have an excellent facility like this so close to home!
They were so nice to me when I needed care. I would tell you to try them. I was very happy with Physicians Immediate care. You will be too.
I went to two other Immediate Care locations and Silver Cross Hospital while having an allergic reaction and none of them noticed the severity of it or were willing to help me. As soon as I walked into this Physicians Care the woman at the front desk took me immediately and got me back as soon as possible. I have always had a good experience here. The only reason I give it 4 stars is I wish they had later hours. The one in Bolingbrook was open until 11 pm - that would be nice if this one were too.
