Had an excellent experience here today. Couldn't get in to my daughter's pediatrician until tomorrow and I knew she needed to get started on something so I went to Physician's Immediate Care. We had a bit of a wait, but that's to be expected and we were able to wait in our car. I was really pleased with the level of care that we received. From the front desk, to the patient technician, to the Physician's Assistant Amanda, care was great! Patient care was quick, thorough, and kind. I would definitely recommend!
The medical field has been extremely frustrating to my girlfriend and I. So we we're worried about them possibly being able to help me with my leg wound. But I walked in and I was assisted immediately. The front desk made sure to get my insurance to cover the visit, he pregnant lady in there was extremely friendly, and the male physician made sure he stitched me up to make it the least painful as possible. Highly recommend thus place!
My best experience at an urgent care ever! All the ladies there were friendly and concerned for my well being. I did not feel like a bother to them as i have at other local urgent cares. Elizabeth was great, she showed real genuine concern for my health and well being. I highly recommend Physicians Immediate Care.
Despite it being a point in time when so many were sick, we did not have a very long wait on a Saturday in December. The nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable regarding my daughter 's chronic health conditions, and took into account how that can affect her current issues. Issues. She made me feel like she valued the input that I had as the mother of the patient and also as a nurse. We were able to get an x-ray and also testing done right away without having to go elsewhere which was great.
I went to urgent care to see if I was infectious. The PA who saw me found that I was in Afib. She strongly recommended that I go to the ER which I did. I was able to go back to sinus rhythm with the aid of Silver Cross team. Not sure what would have happened if I had ignored the advice from your PA.
