Just moved here from Texas and my daughter needed a physical done in Illinois, went to this place and I would definitely go back again. I felt like the staff was very friendly and very helpful with everything. Thank you all so much.
Thank you so much for the wonderful care I received at your New Lenox location. The staff was very friendly and helpful the Doctor was amazing knew exactly what I needed to be treated. If ever the need I will be certain to go there again. It was quick with great staff!
I was impressed by this place. Initial sign-up and check-in was a breeze. I did not take advantage of it, but there is an online check-in option to avoid waiting around at the clinic. Upon initial sign-up, the clinic takes your driver's license, insurance card, and credit card. The credit card is only charged if the insurance does not cover the treatment, or the full cost. Great staff, knowledgable doctor, got in and out very quickly, very friendly enviroment. I highly recommend their services.
I came here to get some vaccinations that I had been putting off for quite some time, so I really needed to have them done quickly. When I got there, they told me that there was a chance my insurance wouldn't cover it, and they wanted to ensure that I didn't get hit with a huge bill. They recommended somewhere that they knew my insurance would cover, and it worked out very well. Instead of taking my money like most businesses, they did what was best for the patient. I stopped in on my way home from work because I was so sick. Not sure what I would find, I expected the typical waiting room zoo. Not so. They were so nice and got me right in. Saw the doctor in a matter of minutes, she sent my prescription electronically to my pharmacy. Could not have had a better experience!

Both my husband and I have had separate visits to this Immediate Care Center. We each saw a different doctor but we have no complaints here. My husband and I were both very satisfied with the whole process. We had no billing issues either. All the employees were helpful and we were in and out quickly. Absolutely grateful they were available to us when our own physicians were not.
Something was wrong, thought maybe the flu. Stopped here just to make sure it was nothing more serious. They are right around the corner and I really didn't feel like going to the ER. They took me in right away and quickly diagnosed me. I ended up having pneumonia. Eeek. The staff and doctors were great. Hoepfully I won't need to, but in the case I do, I will definitely go back.
Physicians Immediate Care is a great place to get treatment. The staff is wonderful.
