I was seen quickly on a Friday night for my injured right foot. I was in and out within an hour fitted with a boot and crutches. Was called on Saturday with the results from my X-rays after they went through two reviews by two radiologists. Stopped by Sunday where I was given a copy of the radiology report and my xrays on CD. Chuck spent a good amount of time explaining how to move forward and the proper steps to help my broken foot heal. I was treated quickly and respectfully at this location. I came in on a Sunday afternoon due to bowel issues. The front desk was very sweet. The doctor that I met was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns. I received the medication I requested because I've dealt with this bowel problem in the past. The doctor gave me some follow-up recommendations as well. Overall, I'm very happy with the care I received here and will definitely come back if I had ever another urgent issue.
I had a second-degree burns on my right hand and needed an immediate care. This is my first time being at an Urgent care facility. I honestly had a very low expectation since I thought it would be somewhat similar to going to an emergency room(?). However, the staff in front desk was very welcoming and friendly. My daughter had a small medical scare while changing planes at O'hare. These guys were terrific. They performed a quick test and got her back to the airport quickly. Sandra especially made her feel safe and taken care of during a very scary event. Wonderful. Thank you Sandra!
Friendly staff and helpful. I made an appointment but waited in total over an hour just to get a physical exam. It took almost 30 minutes for the doctor to come in!

Went in for a scheduled cat scan great service from the reception area to the technician great service and compassionate staff highly recommend this facility.
My Dr was extremely nice. Quick, to the point, yet I did not feel rushed off. Was treated first at the office, then was given Rx that went straight to Walgreens so I could drive thru to pick up. Front desk at check in could use some frendliness, just my observation.
This place is Great! I usually dread going to the immediate care. This doctor and his assistant are so nice and have the best bed side manner. I would never go anywhere else. Definitely worth the inevitable immediate care Sunday morning wait! Thank you!
we've been to other physicians immediate locations and had no so great experiences there. im gald we tried this location out coz we had a great experience.. the receptionist was very friendly, and dr. singh was very very nice!
