This review is for Brian Breckly (physician assistant). I initially saw a different PA for my work related injury and for my second follow up I met Brian. I was impressed with his bedside manners. He listens, shows empathy and was accomodating to my needs. I decided to follow him for my additional follow ups. He gets 5 stars and I would definately go back to him. PROFESSIONAL, THOROUGH, KNOWLEDGEABLE My review is based on coming here 4 times in the last 2 years. The medical professionals at this location are professional, very thorough and extremely knowledgeable. I appreciate that I can go on line and schedule an appointment. I appreciate that once I arrive and check in at the front desk I don't have a long wait time. The most I waited is 5 to 10 minutes. I appreciate that they accept insurance. Have used Physicians immediate care in Park Ridge now for 3 years- what a godsend. Yes you may have to wait a little bit if you're a walk in, but you can also go online and book a same day or next day appointment. (Can't do that with my doctor). Staff have always treated me kindly and with respect. Have chronic bronchitis and when I go in they know exactly how to treat me now and get my cough under control. Have seen Doc. I was seen quickly on a Friday night for my injured right foot. I was in and out within an hour fitted with a boot and crutches. Was called on Saturday with the results from my X-rays after they went through two reviews by two radiologists. Stopped by Sunday where I was given a copy of the radiology report and my xrays on CD. Chuck spent a good amount of time explaining how to move forward and the proper steps to help my broken foot heal. I was treated quickly and respectfully at this location. I came in on a Sunday afternoon due to bowel issues. The front desk was very sweet. The doctor that I met was very attentive and listened to all of my concerns. I received the medication I requested because I've dealt with this bowel problem in the past. The doctor gave me some follow-up recommendations as well. Overall, I'm very happy with the care I received here and will definitely come back if I had ever another urgent issue.
I had a second-degree burns on my right hand and needed an immediate care. This is my first time being at an Urgent care facility. I honestly had a very low expectation since I thought it would be somewhat similar to going to an emergency room(?). However, the staff in front desk was very welcoming and friendly. My daughter had a small medical scare while changing planes at O'hare. These guys were terrific. They performed a quick test and got her back to the airport quickly. Sandra especially made her feel safe and taken care of during a very scary event. Wonderful. Thank you Sandra!
Friendly staff and helpful. I made an appointment but waited in total over an hour just to get a physical exam. It took almost 30 minutes for the doctor to come in!

Went in for a scheduled cat scan great service from the reception area to the technician great service and compassionate staff highly recommend this facility.
