My wife and I would like to thank the whole staff, from RNs, CNAs, PTs, OTs, Office Staff, Maintenance and Housekeeping, everyone was very helpful, kind and very professional. Shout out to kitchen staff as well for preparing delicious meals every day. Again, we thank you so much for your outstanding service. My Mother-in-Law had Aphasia (couldn't speak) and Frontotemporal Dementia. She was in Pleasant Hill Post Acute for a month. It was a GREAT experience!! The place is VERY CLEAN! The staff and patients were very inclusive to my Mother-in-Law. We didn't realize that my Mother-in-Law missed being around and interacting with others even though she couldn't respond. The quality and 'love' of care given by the total medical staff and physical therapy team for my wife during her recovery from hip replacement was a sure blessing. I received daily calls updating me on her progress and any medical care she was being given. The facility was always pleasant and very clean. My wife's medication was always on time and assist came when needed for her. I saw extreme care for the residents there. I want to express my enormous gratitude to nurse Vicki Campbell who is instrumental for my father's care in Pleasant Hill Post Accute where he resides since 2023 . Vicki goes way beyond all expectations and delivers not only care for patients but also peace of mind for the family . Her professionalism , kindness , quick thinking and constant willingness to help made a huge difference for my father and all of us !

I want to express my gratitude for the excellent care at Pleasant Hill Post-Acute Care. I was admitted with a fractured pelvis and could not walk. Thanks to the entire staff's exceptional care, I am walking again! The PT and OT folks (Nikki, Deandre and Akashi) patiently gave me the support and confidence to not only walk, but to climb stairs! Pleasant Hill Post Acute was an amazing rehabilitation program, and I'm so glad I chose it. I really appreciate everything they did to help me recover and regain my mobility after surgery. I stayed there for three months, and during that time I experienced nothing but care and support from the staff. The nurses and CNAs are attentive, friendly, and truly caring.
