It's okay BUT you need extremely high water pressure to get the cleaner to work properly. My water pressure normally is 17 PSI but that definitely not enough to run the cleaner. You need at least 35 PSI. I would just keep that in mind before you buy it. I wish I had got a Robot cleaner that doesn't rely on water pressure.

Business response:

Thanks for choosing the Polaris 360 Pressure Cleaner, Kyle! Your trust and satisfaction are our top priorities. We can help with the pressure! Your water pressure should be sufficient; the key metric is the wheel rotation on your cleaner. Getting your cleaner's RPM in the range of 28-32 is important. To get there, check the following: • Check the filter screen in the Quick Disconnect for debris. • Clean the skimmer, filter and pump basket. • Check the hoses, connections, and swivel for leaks. • If the cleaner is connected to... read more

I had a 280 Model for many years. I was able to replace and repair many of the parts. I probably could have repaired it again, but decided to try the 380. The 380 seems to be a better model--cleans stairs, walls, and rapidly cleans the pool. The 280 was not as good for stairs and walls.

Business response:

Thank you for being a loyal Polaris customer, Jerry! We are happy to hear you are satisfied with your new Polaris 360 and finding it is doing an even better job than the 280. If there’s anything we can do to improve your experience, please let us know. Enjoy your pool season! Your Polaris Team

Doesn’t climb the walls as expected from other reviews! It does a good job on the floor of the pool though.

Business response:

Hi Kathie, We would be happy to help you with the wall climbing issue. We recommend verifying that the wheel RPMs are in the correct range and adjust the thrust jet. If the cleaner isn't climbing well then ensure the thrust jet is in the 11 o'clock position. Hopefully this resolves the issue, but if you need additional assistance please contact our technical support team at (800) 822-7933. Thank you, Your Polaris Team
