I have had several of these over the years, I have a lot of plants in my yard, and they do a great job of cleaning the bottom of the pool. Also, best to have a few spare bags so you have a clean one ready to go.

This is my third 360 unit. It works okay but constantly gets stuck somewhere in our free form pool. No amount of adjustments help.

The hose keeps getting sucked into the bag.

Thank you for your review, Mike! If the sweeper hose is getting sucked up into the debris bag, make sure the orifice at the end of the sweep hose is not blocked by the sweep hose scrubber. You can also try adjusting the sweep hose to a more gentle sweeping motion. Tightening the screw decreases the sweeping motion and vice versa.
