The 360 works excellent and the directions were clear. The only issue I had was during the testing the pressure relief valve during the low pressure did not release. The new design with the flex hose is great and does not get tangled up.

The first one we bought was in a sealed box, but when we opened the box you could clearly tell it had been used. Scratches, and grass in the small filter at the end. We immediately returned it and got another one. Everything is working fine.

so far so good the Polaris seems to be happy working well now after the pool company removed an obstruction a piece of plastic was lodged preventing its movement

Very nice cleaner! Easy to install, requires no electricity and effectively cleans our pool. Sometimes struggles and gets “stuck” moving throughout our irregularly shaped poo however.

Excellent cleaner and fast! Only major problem is the hose connected to the pool outlet keeps getting disconnected from the connecting hose which is connected to the Polaris. Needs a coupler connector. Frustrating.
