Leaks I had one of these a few years back and it was awesome but the new one is not worth the price. The plastic cover does not fit correctly and the unit leaks water so it doesn't have the pressure ir needs. Very disappointing 😞
Unsatisfied It just doesn't work like I had expected it to.
Would never buy again If I could give 0 star I would, I've owned this vacuum for a little over a month used it twice and it's not functioning properly. Mind you this is the second one because I took my first one out of the package broken and they gavee a run around to get a replacement. Absolute junk
This rating is for the seller, not necessarily the product I have owned several of these over the past 30+ years and they have always done well. This time however, this one keeps loosing the bumper wheels and the plastic screws that keep them in place. Now several are missing. I contacted the seller and was notified that they were experiencing delays of 48 to 72 hours responding to emails. 18 days later, no response. Eh Product was broken out of the box. Never worked. Return policy was a joke.

Poor Quality Control This was my third purchase of this pool vacuum in thirty years. I learned that the company is no longer simply Polaris which may explain how something was shipped albeit defective. The parts were placed in tge shipping container and someone had to know that the part was defective. Thus quality control is poor. I bought another to replace a 7 year old unit. I can't keep the wheels on the new one . It won't protect my liner . They made the holes too big for the screws to get a grip. Wheels fall off in less than 20 min of operation.
Waste of money Like all the others, the unit would back up and get entangled within itself. One of the jets would never work properly. The seller would not exchange for the price that I paid for it. After I purchased the cleaner and it would not work, the price on Amazon had gone up. I was told I had to return the cleaner and get a refund and then repurchase the same product at the higher price. Really? What a total joke!
