Has not responded to my email The Polaris pool cleaner works fine, however, the weight in the jet sweep assembly fell out. It would not go back in properly because it was twisted causing assembly not to close tightly. I emailed the seller, but they have not responded.
Doesn’t perform as advertised Tried the skimmer for almost 30 days. It continuously gets stuck against the ladder or skimmer. I have emptied a small handful from the net two times. I tried to refund it but it wouldn’t let me easily. Don’t waste your money.
I do not recommend this item. I do not recommend this item. It kept flipping over spraying everything outside of the pool. It would get tangled around connection hose. The basket kept coming detached and the hose was detaching from the floating device.I sent it back to the company and I know they received it but I have not heard from them.
Outdated low cost option I purchased this after watching a YouTube video. Little did I know it requires some DYI modifications to make it work on your above ground pool and it only does a minor job when cleaning derby from the bottom of your pool. My recommendation. Do not waste your money, get the $30 pool vac from the prime day deal it does a better job.
Garbage, curls up into a corner within 5 minutes This thing is absolute junk. It just rotates itslelf right back to side it's connected to and gets stuck. DO NOT BUY.
Poorly made They say we started using it it started spraying water everywhere. Leaks outta the top. Do not buy. Not worth the price

Do NOT buy Ordered and out of the box the jets that power the unit did not work. Returned got a second unit. The jets failed after the equivalent of one season, about 4 months. The vendor who I purchased it from referred me to the Polaris people who said I had to get it fixed locally and they referred me to a store in my city. The store said they do not work on the Polaris 65. Contacted the Polaris people no response as yet.
Lasted one season. After one season the randomizer doesn't work half of the time. The inside shaft gets stuck in the forward position. Shaft has a lot of scratches, probably due to the inline filter allowing sand into the randomizer chamber. I didn't expect to scrap this thing after one summer.
