works great (when it works ) This is a great above ground pool cleaner , Unfortunately it will sometimes get caught on the ladder or curl up and only do part of the job . When it works it does a great job and it almost eliminates the need to vacuum!

Good product/poor quality Bought this product in spring of 2022 because it was recommended by friend. Installation was very simple and vacuum does a good job. However there is a problem with the wheels. The front wheel fell off the first day we installed it. Found the screw in the vac basket and the wheel in the skimmer. Went to put it back together and it appears the screw is stripped and will not tighten. At that time also noticed other screws loose and when tightening them found another one stripped. Great to keep pool bottom clean Great to sweep pool bottom. Definitely shorten as prescribed and run pump on high! Gets a lot of stuff!
Warranty Problem I contacts Polaris and they sent me a new hose to replace the one that was leaking
Hard to find adapters It is virtually impossible to find an adapter to connect this to a Bestway/Costco above ground pool. I had to go to an irrigation specialist to get pipe fittings to get this to fit on my pool. That being said, once that was done sweeper works really great.
Very pleased with my purchase. This product works very well and cuts down my vacuuming of the pool.
