On my third one of these in 10 years… These only seem To last 2-3 seasons before they die…. Maybe this on will be different…
It really does work if you install correctly!! The media could not be loaded. I really was skeptical because of the negative reviews…but this vacuum is really neat. It cleaned our 18’ Diam 52”H above ground in less than 5 hrs of running the pump. We do have an Intex 3,000 GPH pump which pushes the vacuum along nicely. My husband cut the lines to fit the pool size. 5 stars :-)
Very good product Had one of these in the past it is easy to install has plenty of suction power
Seems to be working pretty well Was pretty simple to install, measure out the hoses (depth of pool plus 2 ft for the pickup hose, and 4ft shorter than the longest point away from where the trailer hose connects to pool outlet), then just drop it in the water and let it do it's thing. It does the job just as good as the robotic one. It moves the water and that’s what you want. It does the job as good as the robotic one! It keeps the water moving. Good value!
Convenient and easy Easy to install. Can set it on a timer and only have to clean the bag.
The only option if your above ground pool has wrinkles in the lining Works great for removing leaves. Does not pick up sand. The device randomly moves about the pool and it takes a few hours to clean all areas. I have tried several automatic cleaners and all got hung up on wrinkles in the lining. This unit works no matter the size or number of wrinkles.

It works! Tried another "wheeled" cleaner and it was sent back within a day. We installed a floor drain/skimmer along with the wall skimmer in our pool and the wheeled cleaner would constantly get stuck on the floor D/S even though it was 4 wheel drive. Some reviews for this cleaner complain about the hose (from jet to floating housing) coiling up and not allowing the cleaner to move around the pool as it should. 1st pic.
