Works poorly Worked poorly from the beginning. Did not come with instructions or extra parts. That these normally come with.
Not as expected So where do I Start... unfortunately, the main unit is just junk. I've tried my best to make it work smoothly but it just doesn't.First off, the main head unit has these round bumpers that are held in by plastic philips head screws that justkeep falling out. I've screwed them back in more times than I can count. It's just not worth my time anymore. Simply put, theyre all out now. above ground cleaner. stay away had it for years. did ok. don’t even use it because it does do a ok job most time since got it new it goes in circles and that’s it. starts off good and then boom. internal hoses are kinked. so the proper water doesn’t go through. replaced to better hoses and there are no way to put it on unkinked. if the opening where not kinked it be a better. hoses go 90degrees. thinking of putting and elbow to keep it fully open. . the inground pool cleaners are great. above ground i am waiting to get mone... read more
Obviously not new I bought this supposed to be brand new, but it came with the bag already attached and warped and dirty
Pitiful packaging ... loose screws - crushed parts This is our THIRD Polaris 65. We have been using this exact product for the past 21 seasons and it works great, but after time, the hoses, flexing so much, crack, etc. It's usually more cost effective to just buy a brand new one than to replace parts. HOWEVER, this one came damaged right out of the box. The yoke that holds the catch basket was packaged under other items and is mashed so badly, it will not straighten back out (photo coming). I spent a lot of money and the pieces just fell off in the pool The product is to clean the pool .
Other parts necessary Polaris should be ashamed -additional parts must be provided before it fits some pools - also, not as simple as throwing in pool after finally connecting - you have to cut & adjust
Works for a very short time. Revising my original review. I have bought 4 of these and they simply do not get the job done. They only work for a short time then they curl up and just stand still. Don't waste your money!
I had 2 before this The company just went cheap on thier parts. They don't last like they used to and repair parts are also made cheaper but cost more. Greed I assume. Someone in quality control should get canned!
