Thoroughly disappointed Phenomenal - when it’s not flipping over shooting water outside of my pool. This vac and sweep does a great job of clearing debris from the bottom of the pool. Unfortunately, the bumper wheels regularly come off. I find the parts in its net and have to constantly screw them back onto the unit. The worst part of my experience with the Polaris 65, however, has been that it regularly flips over and shoots water OUT of the pool. Doesn't come with proper fittings Was so excited to purchase this item. Read reviews about how it flies around the pool so fast that the net doesn' stay on the bottom of the pool and you have to adjust the air intake for that.... Mine hardly moves at all. In fact if I want the bottom of my pool clean I have to stand out there with it and move it around myself manually. What good is that?! Great but didn’t fit my intex I like the fiter it’s doing a good job. My only dislike is that there is no readily available adapter for the intex 4-inch threaded return. I had to hit the hardware store and get a schedule 40 4-in threaded female cleanout insert ans a 4” to 2” reducer and a 1.5” threaded insert. I PVC cemented those together and screwed in the stock quick disconnect and that thing has been suckin and blowin like a champ in my 16x32x52”intex pool.
Perfect for someone that doesn't have time to clean pool daily. Amazing!!! Clean leave, sticks, or whatever from the bottom of the pool in no time. No manual labor necessary when you have this.
Cleans pool with little labor Works as it should so far. Cleans pool automatically with little work from you. This is a new one to replace the turtle model I used for 8 years. Hope it lasts as long. You'll still need a small vacuum to remove the finest dirt and sand. Nothing negative to report at this time.
Worth every penny I bought a pool in 2020 as part of my 'covid mid life crisis' and first tried the crappy manual hose that came with it. That sucked. Not literally, because I paid $150 for a Volt Fi rechargeable vacuum which worked better but I still had to spend my precious time in the pool cleaning rather than lounging.
