Tried replacing cord on second one but still get traction motor errors. Cord cost 400.00 dollars! Customer service is poor phone call is put on hold and states you have 179 minute wait or call back at their convenience so you have to sit by phone all day. 4.0 out of 5 stars Good Pool Cleaner I ordered this model primarily due to the 70 feet cord with the swivel cable and the 4WD. It replaced a Polaris 9350 that always got hung up on steps and drains due to the 2WD. In addition the cord always became tangled and recently pulled the caddy and control box into the pool. While supposedly waterproof, the control box got water in it and shorted out ruining the cleaner (well, I could get a new box for $450 plus but decided to get a new cleaner too). Since this once has the app to help with lifting it out of the pool, and claims to have a tangle-free cord with swivel device attached to it, I thought we’d try one more. 5.0 out of 5 stars Why do a manual cleaning when you can turn the robot loose. Just finished our new build. 1st time using the robot for the pool clean. Did an amazing job. Very easy to set up. Turn it on and drop into the pool. Calling it up and directing it to you via the app is a great feature.
