Great machine when it works. The first unit had continuous Error 10 codes (communication) Trouble shot everything, replaced, cable, motor, control panel in numerous incidents. Polaris finally replaced unit a few months before warranty ran out. Second unit ran well for about a year; Error 10 code problem re-emerges, replaced cable (out of warranty) and still not working. Durability is my main complaint.

I've been through so many robotic pool cleaners. This one is by far, the best that I've owned. I hope it lasts a long time. Almost all other cleaners I've owned have died within five years of owning it. Maybe Polaris is the exception.

it's been great, I have only had experience with pressure side cleaners before and this is seamless. It cleans incredibly and not only having it programmed but the ability to use the joystick control to spot clean is great.

My new 9650 Robotic Cleaner is AWESOME!!! I am basically the one and only “pool boy” at our home so that means I’m the one sweeping and removing the debris. Needless to say it’s a breeze now. Drop in the pool robot and it clears all the dirt and debris off the bottom. Now that Spring has start with a ton of pollen we have the “pollen ring” around the pool. Luckily I’m not brushing it all down - the 9650 does it while it’s doing the rest of the pool. Got to love a great robot.
