4.0 out of 5 stars buy one each year if you run them daily I am on my third of these and after about a year either the controller fails or the wiring to the unit or something else. During their year or service they work great. And unlike the pump driven Polaris units these electric ones alert us when they fail. So they are costly but if you accept having to replace them annually then they work very well. There are repair shops too which I have been too busy to try.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great features This unit has a large, simple basket and can be programmed/operated remotely from anywhere via home Wi-Fi. Really nice upgrade from the Dolphin model we had before. Cleans better, too.

4.0 out of 5 stars Good product This is good so far. I used dolphin and Acquabot before. This is first Polaris. Only little problem with cable get tangled very quickly. Cleaning is good. Does not stuck at bottom drain.

4.0 out of 5 stars Love the product, dolly needs work. The Polaris works like a dream, easy deployment/retrieval, and super easy to clean. I have an issue with the design of the dolly provided. The handle is junk. It is plastic and comes apart when you are transporting the unit when not on a perfectly flat surface. There is no way to secure the handle and it has come off several times causing the unit to fall off the dolly. This is not good.
