This is my second Polaris 4W drive cleaner. I had the 955 but upgrading to the 9650iq was a good decision. Love the app as a remote to spot clean and adjust direction for lifting.
Though, I had to return due to part of the caddy was cracked but I tried the system in my pool and it works superb. Thanks,
The only drawback, we have a few steps in the shallow end and it flips itself over and gets stuck but other than that, and the app is a little bit simple. I wish there could be more things done with the app, but the vacuum itself on basic vacuuming of the floor of the pool doesn’t absolutely amazing job. That’s why I’m giving it five stars.

it could not be any easier to put together and go. Like with my 9450, the pool is very clean after use. A great product and equally good customer service.
This the best investment I have mad keeps the pool alway clean best thing about this that it operates with a phone app. Totally worth it.
Pool is always clean and really I had to do zero maintenance just chemicals. Scrub all walls...it is amazing and life changing. Great product
