The robot is great for getting leaves and acorns, big stuff, which we have a lot of with all the trees in our back yard. However, it is not good at picking up dirt. I have watched it several times. The impression I have is that the filter/catch basket isn't fine enough to trap the dirt the unit picks up. It sucks it up fine but I can watch it blow the dirt it picks up out the back of the unit. So it just moves the dirt around instead of collecting it.
This performs quite well.

This performs as promised! So Much better than prior products. Can remove daily with easy lift mode or leave in pool for days. Very easy to clean filter. We love it

Cleans good, but the WiFi is not up to par. Will not stay connected, it is very fussy with 2.0 and 5.0, if they would fix the WiFi issue, I’d give them 5 stars

Love how easy the set up and operation is. Robot dies a great job cleaning the pool. Covers 48 000 gallon pool woth ease.

Best pool robot I have ever owned. I really wanted one that did not have a cable attached; however, this machine is amazing. I live in the woods, trees everywhere, and after 5 or 6 cleaning cycles the pool was debris free. Easy to use.

The cleaner works beautifully. Much better than the pressure side cleaners. It worked perfectly until 10 months after purchase. Efficient and effective. Connection to my router has been problematic. Something happened to the controller so that it had to be replaced. I ended up getting 3 controllers, until Polaris just replaced the whole machine. The good part is that it was all under warranty.
