Purchased 2 months ago. Happy with the performance. Easy to use. It’s my 1st time maintaining the pool. I find this robotic cleaner is useful that save me a lot of time. The debris I basket is big so I empty it only 2 times in 2 mths. The only downside is I find it heavy when lift it from the pool after cleaning. Also it seems couldn’t suck the very small debris. I still need a net to skim the surface and area near the stairs.

I was a little disappointed when I submitted my rebate form only to learn I did not spend enough to qualify for the rebate. No where on the website does it specify a dollar value for the cleaner, it clearly states that there was a $100.00 rebate with the purchase of the Alpha. The product itself work extremely well, very pleased.

I don't live it but I don't hate it. I really thought it would of cleaned better. It doesn't clean the stairs and it doesn't clean any part that the pool has a curve in it. For how much I paid for this I would of thought it would cleaned a lot better!

We recommend regular brushing of the steps, and once the debris is dislodged, the cleaner can take care of it at the bottom or sides of the pool. Cleans perfectly. Easy to use. Pool has never been cleaner! It even gets up on our ledge and steps.
