The Polaris pool cleaner is working great ! I have used it for about 15 times thus far and it is very thorough in cleaning our 20K gallon vinyl in-ground pool. I've had numerous robots/cleaning gadgets in the past and none have lasted very long. So, I am glad about the 3 year warranty and am going overboard making sure the Polaris is taken care of when I use it. Expensive but there was a good discount at the time of purchase.

The ALPHA IQ+ is easy to operate and convenient to use. This pool cleaner has improved the quality of my pool water and saves me time. The on-board filter is easy to access and remove, and the filter can be rinsed and reinstalled quickly. The ALPHA IQ+ allows me to spend my time doing other things rather than manually vacuuming my pool, and lets me know when it is finished through my phone. Great product!

It cleans the entire pool and I have not had use the app to go back to an area it missed. My pool is a vinyl liner and it does not get stuck on the main drain covers. My prior product could not do this.

Overall a good product with a couple of exceptions of course. The app to which this product was connected about 85% of the time has a few issues. With a strong connection, the responsiveness of the product is most definitely lacking to say the least. It appears as though the full filter sensor is quite lacking as well. Carefully rinse the canister after every cycle and periodically use mild soap and a soft brush to dislodge any microscopic debris impeding flow.
