Generally dose a good job at cleaning. Drawback is dose not pick up acorns and dose not go up the stairs. Joy stick control is very slow and difficult to use. Otherwise it cleans very well.

The ease of use is incredible. I wish I bought it 20 years ago. The timer is so helpful. It literally gets everything out of the pool.
Have had the cleaner for about 3 weeks now and it saves us quite a bit of work. The pool is clean afterwards and the unit appears to be sturdy. Three improvements could be made: the stand does not go up and down stairs well. Falls apart. So we have to keep it near the pool, rather than rolling it up a few steps to the pool house. So the stand should come with a cover, since its out in the elements all the time. And the fine mesh filter should come with the unit as the default. The other one's mesh is not fine enough.
This cleaner is much more advanced than the Polly Polaris units of old !!!! Love the auto functions & how he’s learning to do our huge sun ledge too !!! This is an amazing device and does the job in less than 2.00 hours !!!! Score 100 for this latest technology !!!!!
So far it is working great and picks up everything in my 16x32 rectangle pool. I would suggest that you not put the start and stop option on the same button. It is too easy to push both options at the same time and confuse the machine and many times it takes several times working with it to get it to come on or turn off. I do find that my filter light comes on early and I clean it many times when it isn't really full. Just some helpful hints for when you make changes. It is a great product though.
Purchased the Alpha IQ+ a month ago; very satisfied with the unit itself. I had a problem with the caddy which Customer Service quickly resolved. We discussed the issue by phone and they resolved the problem completely and efficiently. The cleaner itself is amazing and does a great job on our pool; the iPhone app is easy to set up and use.
Wonderful product so far. I did need to purchase a Wi-Fi extender for me to be able to connect it in our back yard and use the features from my phone. But I had no problem using it off of Wi-Fi either. Very easy to use and my pool looked sparkling clean after.
Overall very satisfied, more info about the pros and cons of the various models would have been helpful
