I've had a few Polaris products over the years. I actually bought one of the new Freedom wireless ones and sent it back... badly designed and not quite up to standard yet. But this new wired version is great. they have solved the issue of the wire getting tangled.. I had one of the first ones with the wire untangling part and it didn't work well.. but the new one is great. I think it is actually the cable they are using. Cleans better than anything else I've used.

The Alpha IQ+ stand was easy to put together. The control unit is also easy to use and the cleaner does a great job.

I had an older (less features) model and upgraded to this model for the spot clean and steering function. Once or twice a week I run for all cleaning areas the use the other function when there is some debris in spots. One suggestion, instead of the four buttons to steer how about a “dial “ that I move my finger over to steer. Or I could hold my phone parallel to the ground and rotate the phone and point to where I want the cleaner to go

I love this pool cleaner. It’s the first cleaner I’ve ever owned that actually works. It vacuums the entire pool in one hour and 15 minutes and sweeps up every grain of sand. Easy to clean and store. Best purchase I’ve ever made for my pool.

The Alpha IQ+ robotic pool cleaner was incredibly easy to set-up for initial use and user friendly for daily duty. The lift feature is absolutely brilliant. Love this purchase!

Excellent vacuum. Cleans my inground pool with great precision. Very easy controls on my phone. Setup is very easy of both equipment and software. My only complaints is the machine is a bit heavy trying to retrieve it from the pool. Full container alert isn’t very accurate and the wrapping of the cord is a real pain to deal with. I had the option to go with a 60ft or 70ft cord. I chose 70ft for the size of pool. I wish there was a better system for it.
