Cleans good, but the WiFi is not up to par. Will not stay connected, it is very fussy with 2.0 and 5.0, if they would fix the WiFi issue, I’d give them 5 stars

Love how easy the set up and operation is. Robot dies a great job cleaning the pool. Covers 48 000 gallon pool woth ease.

Best pool robot I have ever owned. I really wanted one that did not have a cable attached; however, this machine is amazing. I live in the woods, trees everywhere, and after 5 or 6 cleaning cycles the pool was debris free. Easy to use.

The cleaner works beautifully. Much better than the pressure side cleaners. It worked perfectly until 10 months after purchase. Efficient and effective. Connection to my router has been problematic. Something happened to the controller so that it had to be replaced. I ended up getting 3 controllers, until Polaris just replaced the whole machine. The good part is that it was all under warranty. Shop where I bought the machine was excellent explaining everything. The machine itself is good, better than the 3 year old Polaris it replaced. Some observations. There ought to be a way to close the lid without it feeling like your about to break it off. The cable gets into a veritable mess of twists in the pool, more so than my previous Polaris. Here are some suggestions to improve the cord tangling issue: 1) Remove the cleaner from the pool and lay the cable across the pool deck to relieve coiled memory 2) Allow the cleaner cable to enter the pool at the center of the length of the pool 3) Only use enough cable to reach the farthest point from the cable entry location 4) Gently toss the necessary cable across the pool water for even distribution instead of dropping the cable in a lump in one spot. This picked up fine sand from the papers around my pool with ease. Picks up leaves and does not get clogged.. I had a Dolphin and it kept getting leaves trapped in it just about every time.
