Very easy to set up and use and does a fantastic job cleaning the pool. My only complaint is that for the price it should have come with the fine filter basket along with the standard one.

The Polaris ALPHA iQ+ is the second robotic cleaner I have owned by Polaris. I love the ease and efficiency of the robotic cleaner. I did not purchase the second because the first one failed...I left it for the family that bought our house, treating myself to the new and improved model at my new home and pool. I love being able to control the unit by way of the app on my iPhone.

The Polaris so far is fantastic! Easy to assemble, instructions and drawings are descriptive, and programming the unit with or without the app is a breeze. The Lift button has to be the best part of the whole unit. Thank you for continuing to innovate and develop new products for this market. Thanks also extends to customer service, they are professional, helpful, and courteous. Those characteristics speaks highly in the personnel themselves and in doing so it reflects back to the company.

I upgraded to the Polaris Alpha iq from a maytronics Dolphin M400. The Polaris is amazing, I love the big basket and the ability to control the Alpha IQ from the app. It cleans the pool very well. I’m very satisfied with my purchase.

Easy to use, but the none of the cleaning programs are effective at collecting all debris. It usually takes two back-to-back cleanings to adequately clean leaves / debris.
