We replaced our old pool cleaner (a water powered unit) with this product and the results are amazing! It cleans better, is easier to store and the lift setting helps us get it out of the water and into the storage dolly. The filter is easy to remove from the unit to empty and clean. We absolutely love it.

This was replacing a Maytronics Active 30i which I believe one of the motors has burned out. I may choose to fix this. I was however, pleasantly surprised regarding the Alpha iQ+. It works nicely and appears to be well made (in some ways simpler than the Maytronics machine) and I very much enjoy the Lift feature with the spitting out of the water when gently taking out of the pool. I do find that the clean/empty cartridge/filter warning comes up too early. When I open the machine there is not a ton of stuff in there. Not sur... read more

It does a thorough job of cleaning the pool. Retrieving the sweeper and cleaning the filter are very easy and convenient

Purchased 2 months ago. Happy with the performance. Easy to use. It’s my 1st time maintaining the pool. I find this robotic cleaner is useful that save me a lot of time. The debris I basket is big so I empty it only 2 times in 2 mths. The only downside is I find it heavy when lift it from the pool after cleaning. Also it seems couldn’t suck the very small debris. I still need a net to skim the surface and area near the stairs.

I was a little disappointed when I submitted my rebate form only to learn I did not spend enough to qualify for the rebate. No where on the website does it specify a dollar value for the cleaner, it clearly states that there was a $100.00 rebate with the purchase of the Alpha. The product itself work extremely well, very pleased.

I don't live it but I don't hate it. I really thought it would of cleaned better. It doesn't clean the stairs and it doesn't clean any part that the pool has a curve in it. For how much I paid for this I would of thought it would cleaned a lot better!

We recommend regular brushing of the steps, and once the debris is dislodged, the cleaner can take care of it at the bottom or sides of the pool.
