Been using Polaris Aqua IQ + for about 3 weeks and it exceeds my expectations. Does an awesome job and it shuts itself off. Love how clean it gets the pool and I don’t even have to watch it like my previous vacuum. Love the lift up up feature when you are ready to take it ou. It doesn’t require a bag and the basket just needs to be emptied and hosed down. Doesn’t get stuck on my bottom drain either which is a huge plus!! Very satisfied customer!! Recommend this product highly!!

I am new pool owner. I have used this robot almost daily. It does a good job cleaning the pool. The "lift" feature isn't all that helpful as it often goes to a part of the pool that is hard to reach. Otherwise, I've been pleased.

I recently purchased a different brand robotic pool cleaner and it barely cleaned the pool. I returned it and bought the Polaris Alpha iQ and I couldn’t be happier. It cleans wonderfully and has features that I neither wanted or knew about, but wow how I do love them. First, unlike my previous cleaners I can click a button and the cleaner will go to whichever wall I choose and come to the surface. This allows me to simply pick it up. 2nd Polaris as the first one finally died after 8 years of reliable service. The new Alpha IQ is awesome and working great. I wish Polaris would add a firmware update where when you hit lift the unit will always come to either a designated lift point in pool or just lift at the point where the cord comes in to pool which is close to main control box. I hate playing chase to the opposite side of pool to pull out and carry long distance. This is my biggest gripe and could be an easy fix.

I like the ability to direct the vacuum to spot clean but took a bit of experimentation to get it directed to specific spots. I also like the lift feature
