This is an amazing cleaner. I wish it would alert me when it’s almost complete. That may be something I need to set up. This will get sand and dirt off the bottom. It’s amazing how much it cleans.

Was expecting it to do the walls better

Hi Nancy, Thank you for your feedback! We have a couple tips that can help your robot with climbing the pool walls. Check if: 1. The filter canister is full or dirty. Clean the filter canister, see "Cleaning the Filter Canister" in manual. 2. Sides of pool are slippery or slimy. Although the water seems clear, microscopic algae, invisible to the human eye, are present in the pool. As a result the pool sides become slippery and prevent the cleaner from climbing. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE my Polaris Freedom Pool Cleaner! It does a fantastic job. I just drop it in and it does the rest. I would certainly recommend it to anyone looking for an automatic.
