Wouldn’t sync with my WiFi right away but customer service knocked it out of the park. Called once, didn’t wait long, was not offshore help, he didn’t have to look up the answer, patient with my ignorance… couldn’t ask for better help, this what customer service should be.

This little robot is light weight and user friendly. It has cleaned my pool extremely well since the purchase. It is so easy to clean and charge. I love it.

This unit works very well. You can pick between 3 different cleaning options each offering an option or two the others do not. Either full cleaning, meaning bottom, sides and waterline, or partial which is just sides and bottom or just bottom. It would be nice if we could have access to the mapping software to tweak the areas it would need to clean. Also it does not do stairs or beach areas. It does a good job everywhere else though. We love our Polaris cordless. I particularly like the notice I get on my phone when it has completed the cycle and is ready to be removed. Also, the filter is much easier to clean than our previous vacuum.
