Pool parts It was the genuine Polaris part. Works like new. Thought about one of the cheaper knockoffs. But heir ratings weren’t so great. Need the pool cleaner to work properly
Always use oem parts The original back-up valve lasted for many years. I replaced it with a copycat valve about a year ago. That valve did not work well from the outset and finally the casing split. I fitted the Polaris oem version today and the pool cleaner is like a two year old! You can buy cheap, but it costs you more in the long run.
Works great. Not the cheapest but I thought going with O.E.M. could eliminate possible problems. Easy to install, works great.

Worked Well for 2+ years This was a genuine Polaris part, and it worked well with my Polaris 380 for 2 years and 2 months. It stopped working properly, and I found the case had a crack at the location of the backup flow outlet. I had expected it to last longer. Some of the parts I had ordered previously lasted 4-5 years.
