5 star seller Product was delayed in shipping (usps fault - not seller) by the time I got it I didn’t need it. The selller was first class in service getting the item refunded. Also- product was better than expected. It came with bonus parts that are always needed! Love it when a seller goes above and beyond. Will buy from them again.
works fine The old backup valve gave out after many years. The Polaris product I ordered is an exact replacement and works fine.
Polaris is the way to go I tried a non-Polaris brand that only lasted about 4 months. The non-Polaris brand keep getting my cleaner stuck. The Polaris model works great and is worth the money.
Not oem This product I’m sure it great if your looking for something other than the real deal, when I ordered it it was described as oem and when I got it it was a knock off
Buy the real thing Don’t buy the knockoffs. Had to return two. Buy the real Polaris parts. They work correctly.

I am 70 year old woman was able to install but was more helpful was watching a video to install Used u tube video to install That everyone using this product is a professional or a strong adult male or has knowledge of pools and equipment But after watching a video was much easier
idiot proof installation idiot proof installation it goes on one direction and you tighten it down using the hose clamp/nuts. thats it. kind of pricey considering what typically breaks on it which is the outer housing. unfortunately you cant just replace the outer housing (even if the inner mechanism is perfect so you get the honor of paying for replacing working components as well as broken components. but hey you dont really get a choice in the matter.
