Could not get the unit to work. The connector that was given did not fit into skimmer. Tried holding in and also tried various combinations of connectors. After struggling with this thing for over an hour, packed it back up and returned it

The vacuum is not going around the entire perimeter of the pool and is not climbing the walls of the pool.

Machine has to be constantly manually re-directed as it often continues to rotate in only one spot. Tracts have to be manually turned on a regular basis since they frequently get stuck or refuse to move the machine. Regret the purchase. Have now gone back to using my old dependable unit which is over 7 years old, but continues to deliver without all the issues the polaris unit has.

This particular model did not work for me. I wound up buying a Polaris model P825. Although it doesn't pick up fine material it does very well for everything else.

The pool vacuum is great, but your company sucks. I submitted my registration and rebate, but your company did not honor the rebate and did not send my rebate.

The cleaner is not consistent. I have to pull It out the pool to turn the scrubbers because the cleaner had stop working. I’ve had to do this several times since buying the cleaner. I will be calling customer service about this issue.
