Had it for one week and stop working took it back to Leslie’s pool were I bought it . Has been there for 5 days sitting with no one taking a look at it. This machine was a disappointment I am requesting a refund.

I am extremely disappointed with the Polaris MAXX side suction pool cleaner. My primary reason for purchasing this unit was its advertised wall-climbing capability, but in my Pebble Tec pool it simply will not climb the walls at all. I have spent considerable time troubleshooting and adjusting the system. I increased my pump speed multiple times — up to 3000 RPM — and adjusted the suction settings to provide more dedicated flow to the cleaner, but nothing has helped. The cleaner is average nothing special. The hose will spin off sometimes and you will need to buy weights to anchor the hose down if you want a top leaf cleaner robot

I live in Florida and the maxx suction cleaner is constantly stuck with what I would consider normal debris. In the last week I had to pull the unit and clear it out multiple times.

Ok I went in knew what I wanted and bought still haven’t seen my rebate so I might not recommend you to anyone

I really wanted to like this robot, but it hasn't worked for us since day 1. The wheels are supposed to turn 10 times every minute, and ours will not do this. It does not clean our pool and sadly, we may have to return, if something isn't helped.

Did not have enough suction. I believe it had noting to due with Polaris unit. We have roof solar panel heating and it take a lot of water intake to push water to second story.
