I have only used this vacuum a few times but it worked great ! It’s a bit heavy but does the job . Will see how it lasts long term . Mine arrived near end of the season

The Polaris pool cleaner works fantastic. It cleans and picks up any debris in the pool. I would recommend this product.

Robotic cleaner not only cleans pool but brushes bottom and sides keeping water moving helping to prevent algae. Also frees my time from self brushing,

Enjoy using the Polaris just wish there was an easier way to get it out of the pool especially when it’s in the deep end. I lost the first Polaris I had because of calcification. Perhaps that is something users should be aware of.

I really like the Polaris. It vacuums up the big stuff in the pool but it doesn’t get the fine dirt or sand that’s on the bottom.

I had a couple of issues, not quality related, but with the performance of my unit. With a simple email to Polaris my issues were immediately addressed with professional and courteous service. In addition Polaris supplied me, at no extra cost, a more efficient filter and a cover for the drain. Both allowing my unit to work more efficiently. Love it and cleans my pool as designed. thank you Polaris. Thank you Polaris and especially Kate M from Customer Service Team.
