Had a aiper did okay, but this Polaris does the walls too,not just bottom feeder

This is our 3rd P825 Pool Cleaner. We have had issues with the other 2 previous cleaners. However, we like that this model cleaner climbs the walls. If we start having issues with this one after a year, we may have to look at a different cleaner.

Works well but manual says handel is supposed to lay flat after the pump starts but it never has. Ordered a new handle but it doesn't lay down either. Tech Support has no clue why the handel stays up. I assume the cleaning efficiency is negatively affected but will keep an eye on the Warranty and take it back before it runs put.

I just got rid of mt Polaris 9550 because the cable went (I replaced it for $500) then the motor went 3 weeks later. I was not able to return the cable and the troubleshooting at the pool store was $100 each time. I sold the 9550 for parts and bought the 825. I am wary of rating it given my experience with the 9550
