I had this same pool cleaner, which was purchased 3 years ago, and it just stopped working. I was surprised it would only work for 3 years, as my first vacuum lasted over 9 years. I decided though, to buy the same Polaris model. So far so good. Just hope it lasts longer than 3 years. My pool is not used a lot.

I purchased my Polaris pool cleaner in May and in July it stopped working. The whole control panel needed to be replaced. Luckily the warranty covered everything and it was fixed in a timely manner

I have never owned a pool cleaner like this before. To be quite honest with you I don't know how I did it without it. It saved me a ton of vacuuming and now I get to spend more time with the family as opposed to cleaning the pool constantly great product. I will most likely put up another review after owning it for the season but for now I am 100% satisfied with your product.

This pool vac is excellent! It is easy to use, scrubs the walls with fantastic effort and is easy to clean. Our previous pool vac would have leaves and debris stuck in the.cracks and crevices and was tedious to clean. With this vac, you just need to remove the basket and give a quick rinse. I think this device will last a while but would definitely consider this company again when the time comes to replace it.

Had it for a year worked great. This spring had a problem with the brain of unit. Took it local Krevco. It was replace under warranty. I’m happy 😃

The warranty worked well, however it took Leslies Pool Supply (contracted for repairs) 6 weeks to inspect it, order parts and repair it. They did replace the original cord, which was super flexible and always got twisted, with a stiffer better cord and more sturdy attatchment to the cleaner itself. The machine seems to be running well. The warranty process was easy. I'm giving 4 stars, because the original cord only lasted 11 months before the Polaris P825 stopped working and we had to use the manufactures warranty.

I have only used this vacuum a few times but it worked great ! It’s a bit heavy but does the job . Will see how it lasts long term . Mine arrived near end of the season

The Polaris pool cleaner works fantastic. It cleans and picks up any debris in the pool. I would recommend this product.
