out of the box not good but I took it back to the retailer and discussed what I thought it was a cable connection on the Robot end the Tech at the Leslie's told me she checked it over and found nothing but when I picked it up it worked Great and has ever since So it must have been the cable if she unplugged and plugged the cable back in . All I can say is I am happy right now . I have had 3 other Robots for the pool over 45 yrs.but this looks to be the best .so far I love it .Thanks

The pool cleaner works great. The only think worth mentioning is the unit gets stuck on plastic water drain on bottom of pool,

Love the Polaris P825. Great price and moves quickly compared to my previous Hayward Aqua Vac. Top load filter is awesome! Highly recommend this vacuum.

works great. does not roll over on its back like other cleaners. would be nice if it had a swivel on the cord to reduce the cord tangling

This is our 3rd P825 Pool Cleaner. We have had issues with the other 2 previous cleaners. However, we like that this model cleaner climbs the walls. If we start having issues with this one after a year, we may have to look at a different cleaner.
