this is my second P825 I have had The first one lasted 5-6 years. The 825 is a real time saver and does a great job cleaning the the debris from the pool bottom and walls.

Cleans good not great. Gets stuck in bottom drains

This is my third pool cleaner. My first Polaris. It is great! Cleaning the basket is a breeze and it gets the job one much better than the prior two. I’m hopeful “Tre” will live a much longer life than his predecessors.

The power supply/ controller failed 26 months after purchase. The unit had been used maybe 50 times (6 months without a pool after a move). It was stored inside as directed. It took some negotiating to get the warranty honored. If the replacement power supply lasts longer than 2 years, I will change the rating. The actual cleaning function is excellent.
