I had a Polaris 380 for eleven years and loved it. It was time to buy a new one so I bought the Polaris 280 and love it.

The 280 moves well, and fast, across the bottom of the pool. It may be a little small for the size of our pool, which is 20 x 40, but it appears that this only means the unit will have to work some extra days to clean up everything. It has a large leaf bag which I emptied yesterday and it was packed! So I know it is picking up leaves from the bottom of the pool. So far, so good. . . .
