Product works great The product works great. I would give a 5 star rating, but the only thing is that the G9 MPTM coupling was missing or was not included as part of the product. However it should be included. I ended up to order it separately, which is very inconvenient for the customer to figure what is the name of the part, etc.
This is a very good product that works perfectly. Unfortunately, when when I installed it, it worked well for an hour then laid on its side and spun in circles. I went through the trouble-shooting guide and nothing fixed the problem. So, I went to Leslie's pool Supply and asked what they thought the problem was. They suggested that the float was cracked. I bought a new one, installed it and the cleaner has worked perfectly ever since.

This is a good product I bought this after asking my pool service company which one they liked. They definitely endorsed the 280. I am very happy with how clean it makes the pool.

Old reliable Works great. Picks up debris great! This old reliable cleaner just performs great as time goes on. I had a Racer before and it would stick on the steps all the time. Not the 280. Just keeps on going and going. Love it!
Polaris 280 pool vacuum This vacuum replaced a 11 year old Polaris 280 I already noticed my pool is cleaner. Excellent product overall.
Excellent product. Our pool is so clean! We replaced a 20 year old Polaris. This new unit just plugged right into the same socket and setup. It took about 10 minutes to trim the hoses for the pool and our pool is brand new. It really cleans well and goes everywhere in the pool!
