Replacement for our former Polaris 280 This purchase was a replacement of the former cleaner that came w/ the house we bought. We'd had, and made several repairs to our original. The last time we attempted a repair, we were given a quote for a new one. i bought the replacement here instead.
Works really well Our in-ground backyard pool is located right beneath big overhanging tree limbs. When the wind and rain blow hard the pool gets so much junk in it. This bottom pool cleaner puts everything right pretty quick. I have had trouble with the “O” ring on the quick disconnect blowing out if I try pinching the line while cleaning out the bag rather than turning off the pump. Overall, we’re very pleased with this product.

Classic piece of equipment Did lots of research before replacing my old Polaris 280 with the exact same unit and have no regrets. Simple design, great suction, and low maintenance. Highly recommended
