Good choice for the money. I love my Polaris 280! it's a much better product than that horriblel Polaris 380 I ordered 2 years ago and wasted my money. I am so happy I no longer spend hundreds if dollars and time continuously replacing parts on that useless 380 because the plastic hose and knobs keep cracking and the twist on screws constantly leek. This product the Polaris 280 has one solid hose with strong suction and great water pressure that keeps my pool clean. Yes. I am happy with this purchase.
Quality product No instructions in the box, but was easy to find on YouTube how to assemble and get it going.
Not my favorite Polaris always work well for about a month, then it's dragging and riding sideways, floating or stuck on itself spitting water all over my windows and patio furniture etc. Left it with house I sold.
Works as good as more expensive ones We had a beer expensive four wheel cleaner that kept breaking and was hard to repair. We gave up and got this one at the recommendation of our pool service company. It is working better than the last one ever did and parts are way cheaper

Great pool vacuum Replacing our old vacuum with this one was amazing! The suction was great. It cleaned up the leaves on the bottom faster than I could empty the bag. It has kept our pool sparkling all summer. A good pool but vacuum is definitely worth the money!
Great value pool sweep This was a replacement pool cleaner! It was shipped almost immediately and delivered timely!
Arrived broken Product arrived broken. Hose nut was cracked. That happened to the last Polaris too. Wheel screw broken. Just poor quality control. Luckily I can cannibalize parts from old Polaris. For what you pay, quality is not very good The problem is easily solved by including an extra hose nut and wheel screw with every unit. This seems to be a common problem with Polaris units. For $500 per unit they can afford it. It’s just good business
follow the directions we used a YouTube video for tips and tricks to installing this properly ourselves. There were some added steps not in the instructions that we found very helpful. The video is pretty easy to find, it's a pool guy explaining how to install. The product itself works wonderful and is so much better than our last one.
