I give them 5 stars. I've been going there for years and they all treat me and my animals like family. I trust them with my animals like I would my children. They always make accommodations for me and my pets. They are wonderful.
I have several animals that I'm switching over to Companion Pet Clinic from my "concierge" vet. The first is my Saint Bernard. She is stubborn, huge and uncooperative. But Dr. Erickson and the vet techs are awesome. They wrangled her and cleaned her ears, drew blood etc. The affordability and quality care is excellent. They're in the process of remodeling. I have been bringing my pets here for over 10 years and love the staff. They really care about their patients and do their best to make sure that they are well cared for. I definitely recommend them!
i would give 4.5 stars because the services provided are more limited than a fullservice vet, which is fine and really the point of the place, but felt people should be looking at this place for better care than my nightmare experiences with three other vets. That story is unbelievable: starting with a misdiagnosis of my dog as having cancer when it was an ACL injury, mind you at Southgate vet, where I ill be leaving a terrible review momentarily. Dr.Smith and her whole staff are amazing. They take such great care of my dogs and me when I worry. Knowing I was on a tight budget and yet still needed care for the pups, Dr.Smith gave us a great option and a discount. I will never take my pups anywhere else.
Looking for a classy pet clinic? This isn't it. Looking for an affordable and honest pet clinic? This is it. This is basically your go to dive bar in the sense of a pet clinic. There's nothing fancy about this place. The main focus is to take care of your pet at an affordable price. Sure there's a lot of little things you can complain about but for what you pay & get in return, well worth it.
Dr. Desonier is amazing! She has taken excellent care of my dog and my chinchilla! She has great instincts and cares so much about her patients. We're new to the area, and we have other pets we'll be bringing to her as well for their next check-ups. Can't recommend her enough! The admin staff are always really fast to pass my messages along to her when she is with a patient. They get stuff done so efficiently. We brought our little kitten to this clinic today, to get her checked out because she is smaller than normal, needs shots, and her mother is feral. We met with Dr. Kelli Smith and she was amazing!! She is extremely friendly and her passion for helping animals definitely shines! She was helpful with her suggestions and we couldn't have asked for a better vet. Wow! I'm not sure why this place has bad reviews but the customer service here is beyond perfect. I honestly wish Kelli Smith was my doctor lol. My kitty is so lucky to have her. She was so sweet, loving and gentle with our kitty I was beyond impressed with her professionalism and love for animals.
