80,000 checkup, oil change tire rotation ON October 20 I had a 80,000 checkup, oil change and tire rotation without an appointment. expected to be in facility for 2 hours. Everyone completed in 1 hour. Great service.

Used Car Purchase I went into the dealership not intending to purchase a new vehicle but after talking over the trade in options and cost of the vehicle I was looking at the dealership was very willing to work with me to make the deal lucrative for me. Very friendly atmosphere.

Purchase of new car from Vaughn of West Olive, MI Dennis Harjer did a fantastic job when I bought my new 2017 Escape, he found the model and options that I wanted in another dealership and drove it to Grand Haven, the process took a few weeks but it was worth it, love the car. Dennis is the greatest, would work with him again and would recommend him to anyone. This was the second new car I have purchased from Ford, love the service and the staff, not sure I would go back to a GM product again.

Purchased another new Edge Just completed the purchase of another new Edge. Went into the dealership not really expecting to purchase as our Edge was only 3 years old. However, we were able to purchase a new Edge and actually lowered our monthly payment.
