80,000 checkup, oil change tire rotation ON October 20 I had a 80,000 checkup, oil change and tire rotation without an appointment. expected to be in facility for 2 hours. Everyone completed in 1 hour. Great service.

Purchase of new car from Vaughn of West Olive, MI Dennis Harjer did a fantastic job when I bought my new 2017 Escape, he found the model and options that I wanted in another dealership and drove it to Grand Haven, the process took a few weeks but it was worth it, love the car. Dennis is the greatest, would work with him again and would recommend him to anyone. This was the second new car I have purchased from Ford, love the service and the staff, not sure I would go back to a GM product again.
