Great buying experience ! Josh was great to work with! I called him with several questions about a used truck I saw on the web. He researched the vehicle and got back to me with the information I needed to make a decision. When we arrived there were no disappointments or delays. The truck was everything the description claimed and we took a test ride. We quickly arrived at a price and took care of business. I passed at least 3 other Ford dealers to get to this one and would do it again.

New car John was great I had to change the day we were meeting on him and he was good at listening to me on what I wanted and was excellent about getting me the deal that I needed and including the price overall excellent service and even with the payment department thank you guys so much and I love my SUV
Used car purchase My vehicle was totaled in an accident. I found a car on their website and called them. I explained my situation that i was without a vehicle and 3 hours later they delivered the vehicle to me to test drive. Two days later I purchased the Ford Escape. Thanks to Chuck, Dennis and Jason for excellent service. I will definitely use their services in the future.
Excellent Service I have never been a supporter of dealership service departments...until now. My service rep Abe handled a few warranty issues on my 2014 Flex and that lead to me have him do some maintenance service which was handled wonderfully. I was so pleased that when picking it up last night I dropped off my sons 2008 Jeep for some service work. If the service (which includes competitive pricing) continues on this level they will be seeing more of my 4 vehicles.
Great Team I am impressed by Matt and his service team at Preferred Ford. The whole team is friendly, informative, knowledgeable and the work done is superior. They take the extra step to make sure that the work is done correctly but also that everything is cleaned and spotless. The waiting area is comfortable and clean.
